About Bela Crema Bakery.
Bela Crema Bakery is a fully Gluten free bakery that also specializes in Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Keto and vegan baked goods. Each and every recipe is created from scratch with a very specific blend of flours to ensure that you can't tell its gluten-free!
My name is Micki Dudok and I stared Bela Crema Bakery back in 2018. Going through culinary school with food intolerances was a struggle especially when it came to pastry, my favourite part of the course!
During this time I was working in the restaurant industry for a couple of years and noticed I wasn't the only one with these intolerances and issues. I loved creating and experimenting in the kitchen and wanted to share my passion with the people who also struggled to find the good GF foods.
That's when Bela Crema started.
